About the event
A Masonic Lodge "Charter" is a formal, legal document issued by a Grand Lodge that serves as a "birth certificate" and a continuous warrant of authority for a local lodge to operate. Its importance cannot be overstated: it represents the chain of legitimacy connecting a lodge to the sovereign governing power of the jurisdiction. Menlo Park Masonic Lodge received it's charter in 1927 and therefore in 2027 Menlo Park Lodge will be celebrating a century of continuous operation, community service, and fraternal history. All residents of Menlo Park and all brother masons are welcome to attend. The exact time and date are currently TBD; more details will follow soon though. Stay tuned!
